mam my family love south indian dishes, main jab bhi nariyal ki chatney banati hu tab hamesa pisate samay coconut se oil nikalata hai, jis wajah se hamesa meri chutney kharab banti hai, hamesa chutney pr grease raheta hai, jaise buttermilk pr makkhan aa jata hai waise hi curd/pani pr coconut foam banke aa jata hai, please mam can you guide me ? what should i do for that?
