Ingredients:
1 cup Fresh Coconut
1 tsp Chana Dal
1 tbsp Raw Peanuts
2 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
pinch of Hing
2 to 3 dried Red Chillies
6 to 7 Curry Leaves

I think the soaked Chana dal will give a raw taste ti the chutney. same for raw peanuts too. Roasted chana dal and roasted peanuts will be better.

Su i added kadi pata in grinder then in tempering and used roasted peanut and daliya(chana dal) that is used in chivda

Very nice preparation. Just a tip, if you add half cup of curd in it, it will taste more good. And to make it more fast, instead of soaked chana dal, raosted chana dal can also be added.

This is the very perfect nice recipe liked to be made similarly with such food. This can be made dry feeling and tasting typical food of this kind. In this use scrape coconut, two curry leaves~~, four garlic pods, spicy green chilli and gram unpeeled snack for use IN this rcpe.

Original South Indian chutney doesn't contain raw chanadal or peanuts...chana Roasted in salt is used...without the husk/skin..
