a wierd school rule in my school: at the start of each day, if you have your phone, you must hand it in to your teacher who gives it to your head of phase where we dont know what they do with our phones, they could be figuring out our passwords to get into our group chats, camera gallerys and/or search history without our consent, and if we are caught with our phones during the school day, we get full day isolation, and they say they can search our bag if they think we have a phone in there, once a student said that another teacher who was not involved in any of our class's, she was a math teacher, whom the student doesnt have any classes with, was searching her bag without a valid reason, you can call her ms.L (her name actually starts with L) and she was kind in the past year, this year she is kinda a jerk since she searched another students bag without consent, the student confronted ms.L and that made the student late to class and possibly have put a late vioolation on the students permanent record (that student was kinda mean to others but she didnt deserve to have her bag searched without consent) and the lateness violation could mean a decrease of chance of getting into a good college (this was in year 7 and my dad told me that colleges will pay attention to your year 7 and onwards statistics, like all the grades you have, late violations and everything on your record, from rewards, to bad behviour, attendance, participation in class, lateness rates, teamwork with other classmates, and even your friendship building skills)
