No, I leave the wishbone in and just cut around it since it takes a lot of time and doesn't really increase yield. I have another video where I walk you through the process of breaking down a whole chicken and address the wishbone.

It's hard to say without actually looking at the chicken. You can always take it to the supermarket that you bought it from and ask the butcher. If there is something wrong with it, then they'll replace it or give you your money back. Remember, "When in doubt, throw it out." It's better to be safe than sorry.

It's my first time butchering a whole chicken and I noticed on the back bones around the spine area of the chicken partiularly on the inside their are weird black little things that look like parasites, is it normal to have that and can I just throw the whole back bone to make a chicken soup or should I dispose of somethings in particular?

I cut it a little differently, but I can do 12 pieces in less than 1 minute, hopefully I'll make a video soon.

Nope, you need to separate the thighs from the legs too.
