I asked my son to help me cut up a whole chicken this Christmas and normally he would look at helping me in the kitchen as if it was some inconvenient chore away from his video games but this time he was actually interested and inquisitive and he told me he was actually excited to try to cook because he had been watching so much Jaque Pepin during quarantine and it made him look at cooking in a whole new light and consider how fun it could be. Thank you Jaques!
