i know this is an old video and maybe you changed methods but I have no idea what i'm doing, so when you speed it up for the other cut it helps no one. Just cut it again so I can see it happen.

chicken was rapped in hard way, very unusual I would say; I believe you have long practice in doing so. The body is self-guiding and logical system, so your way of disassembly is legitimate as any systematic approach. But, man, adjust your tools to goal not opposite. If your idea was to show how chicken could be done with pork de-boning knife by Vx you was wrong in intention...

This video is a 'visual How-To'... WHY on earth would there be NO verbal instruction?!? Any instruction is ON SCREEN text. I have to READ as I attempt to watch HOW TO cut up the bird(which is well done on the screen). I try to pause/back up the vid with my slimy chicken fingers so now my tablet/computer/phone has chicken juice all over it haha! The music is ok... but I'd much rather hear someone telling me where to cut with a bit of detail maybe?
