“Joker: Folie À Deux” finds Arthur Fleck institutionalized at Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker. While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only stumbles upon true love, but also finds the music that's always been inside him. The new film stars Joaquin Phoenix once again in his Oscar-winning dual role as Arthur Fleck/Joker, opposite Oscar winner Lady Gaga.

In my opinion, it's strange and bizarre making a sequel of Joker to be seen as a musical, no movie director would want to dare to do something like that especially, Tim Burton, who made Batman's figure popular again in the late 80's.

There were only like 2 locations featured in the entire movie. Arkham prison/hospital and the courtroom. Felt like a bottle episode epilogue. I swear the movie set leaks showed off more shots that weren't included in the movie. How much got cut out?! Where was the action? The violence? The romance? The plot?

How can a person, who lived through the last decade, not have the ability to come up with a coherent story of a radicalized individual being propped up by a counter cultural movement. Reading that back I'm not thinking about who you're thinking about. Just thinking we've had a lot of youtube personalities, or talking heads that rile people up. The movie a face in the crowd did it 70 years ago. It would have been so easy to make it a tail of a forged anti-hero and then he either falls spectacularly or is snuffed out unceremoniously.
