When I click device setting I do not see general settings. Only Device setting which does not have a delete device option and device health which does not allow me to delete a device. Please advise.

I deactivated a device. Now the app shows that it is deactivated but will not allow me to remove it. This video says nothing about that. So this video was not at all helpful.

I had to replace my ring bell, and to try to delete the old bell was hard because you need to be slower on the setup its simple for you but not for some of us in the real world A J Gigg

have ring doorbell 2 and chime but chime has stopped notifying us when someone passes the door way. Have tried resetting chime but seems to be the actual doorbell that is causing the problem as checked the chime and works fine .
