Just got a Switch. When I add a new user, it will only allow me to play games from online membership downloads using the original user when I connected the device to my nintendo account. It gives you the option to link the new user to a nintendo account but when you try to do that I get the message that the device is already linked to a Nintendo account (which I already know) and to use a different account.???? Are users on a switch not just simple profiles like when watching Netflix? That's all I'm needing. It acts like each user needs their own Nintendo account in order to play on the same Switch. Any help would be appreciated.

So I added a user to play Pokémon Shield again without erasing my main user info for the game. When I went to use the online stuff in my new user’s game file it said I needed to link a Nintendo account. I typed in my sign up credentials and it said that it’s already linked to a different user in the same switch (duh, which is also me). Can I not use wi-fi online functions with the new user’s game file? That would be unfortunate if so

What if I sell my switch and I wanna sell it with the games loaded on the system.? Do add a new user, delet my user and then can they still access the games on the system....also will they be able to buy stuff on my old user account?....my concern is selling it with the games loaded in the unit and them being able to buy crap on my account?!.!
