I would really like to know more about how to prepare my kids for the future and equip them with the right tool for these situations.

We need to teach the kids and new generation about empathy and volunteer to help other people, it will help them create deep relationships and speak out

The young generation is aka the strawberry generation unlike the older generation which is tougher and willing to take on challenges but the young one are more pampered. 😊😅😂

You don’t. They have to quit enough jobs that they don’t want to quit anymore, and suck it up, and learn uncomfortability on their own.
