Hi Ryan, thank you for the video, have mostly been checking out Dr. Berg who is great but taking what he says with a grain of salt. I started this journey 4.5 months ago at a very high weight and have lost 105 pounds. still have a long way to go. my only concern in counting calories and IF (20/4) that no one seems to address is can my body process the the 50-60 grams of protein that i am intaking in that 4 hours? I eat between 500-600 calories a day mostly protein, I supplement with extra potassium to keep my body in ketosis.
