I went all in on YouTube for about 3 Months and I can't be more happier on my progress. I always wanted to do youtube for so long but was afraid to put myself out there. But now, I just have fun with it and try not to worry about what others think. It has both been rewarding, fun and my revenue has been amazing so far. I know the ups and downs are always there but this is a marathon and not a race. Keep grinding all, and keep creating. I'm trying to work for 7K by the end of the year. I just hit 6400 a few minutes ago!

I’ve always wanted to create and share content on topics that I’m passionate about (fitness and sports) but have always been skeptical about whether i should start youtube because i was scared of being judged and making bad content. But i finally started my channel this year and altho my videos may not be the best in terms of editing and filming yet, ive learned so much about content creating and i enjoy the process so much. Never regretted it and i will keep learning and improving. So for anyone that is having the same doubts, dont overthink and just try posting a few videos out. But most importantly is dont give up. Good luck to anyone seeing this!

I think is important to put a lot of efforts into your videos, because how you stated, those videos can be watched many many years into the future. I don't think you need immediately start with the most expensive equipment but try to do the best out of your already existing one. I recommend for first using your phone camera, nowdays phones have amazing cameras. For audio I do recommend buying a microphone because voice quality is extremely important, I know people who don't even watch videos just listen to them, while they do other stuff driving, cooking food... But whatever you do the most important thing is to have FUN!

I am focusing on my YouTube channel, and although I do have an Instagram, I focus on YouTube and don’t really do anything on Instagram. I think when you are focusing on more things in your life, it is good to focus on one to make your life easier and less stressful. Hope this helps! 😁

We are homesteaders and have been creating content on YouTube for 14 months now... Took 4 months to get monetized. I think we are growing pretty good but we are looking for to so much more. Thanks for sharing valuable information 💙

The feedback I've gotten from this channel has been incredible! I'm sailing calmly right now with my channel while I develop animations to help it take off, but this is still a lot to take note of ad things I'll keep in mind when I do end up truly starting my channel! Thank you!

I started posting shorts once we were able to clip them from the YouTube app directly from the videos and they’re doing really well! (: posting one short a day in between my normal long form upload days seems to be a good formula

Come on VidIQ... we all know the amount of subscribers you have absolutely has an impact on the impressions you receive. Every video is not stand alone. I like your message but that is just NOT true. From my understanding of course. Happy to hear if I'm incorrect.

Great advice as always! For my business I focus most of my efforts on YouTube, but also maintain a company website as well as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. When I have free time lately I focus on YouTube before any other social media.

Do keep going as a small channel. Set yourself small, realistic targets. You're not going to get Mrbeast or Pewdiepie numbers. I started in September & set myself a target of 500 subs by the end of the year. Last week, I got lucky and YT decided to push one of my shorts (about 400k views so far, which for a tiny channel is massive) and now I should be at 4k by the end of today. Still small of course, but it's a start. I had less than 400 last week.

The more you keep going, the higher the chance a video could start getting traction. Also, make shorts! YT is so desperate for the TikTok generation, they're really pushing shorts over everything else. Thanks vidIQ for all the suggestions & help :)

For 10 years I've invested time in my blog. I shudder to think what I could have done if I had invested my time in YouTube instead. Currently changing my focus.

Great things have small beginnings fellow creators. Lets continue to focus on the snowball effect and simply enjoy the journey along the way. My heart truly prays for the prosperity on each and everyone of your channels. Keep pushing brothers and sisters. Birth pains only last so long. Cheers! 🙏🏽
