Re depression: folks don't just not "want to get out of bed", they are unable to per low mood, suicidal ideation and/or ruminating on an overwhelming load of tasks, responsibilities and attending sense of guilt and/or self loathing. If you feel this way, make getting help a no. 1 priority.

Thank you for sharing your family's health challenges. Many folks keep it all hush hush, but talking about it really helps other people.

I have to say you guys are so funny together! I enjoy watching your videos! I don't like exercise, as I am a barber literally standing behind a chair 13 hours a day with my arms in the air, so you can imagine how tired I am, however I am 55 years old and no "spring chicken" not old but not young anymore . I came across your videos because of my posture getting poor, I looked up how to help your poster actually looking for a brace with no success, I Fortunately came across you video on "using a sock" and doing snow angels, well, then I'm watching more of your videos I put together a "stretching routine. I faithfully, for the first time in my life look forward to waking up early in the morning before work and after work stretching ! I feel fabulous! Thank you so much for taking your time to you tube these wonderful stretches! I feel like a new woman! It really makes my work day more pleasant not having the pain I had . Can you please do a segment for Barbers" standing with their arms in the air ? I would love to incorporate more stretches to my already wonderful routine to help Barbers . Again thank you ! You saved my life !
Sincerely,
Dawn

I can relate to fibromyalgia for sure....probably low grade depression also, due to chronic illness & pain as well. Have seen doctors for it and am doing the best I can living alone. Makes everything more difficult being alone it seems. But I have plenty of time to watch your PG rated, informative videos at least! :)

Also, Vitamin D deficiency is a big one.

I had really bad endurance for years after I moved to the UK, and it turns out it was because my Vitamin D was really really low (which affects like Calcium absorption and also immunity and stuff). Amazing how much better I felt after I got my levels to normal...

(The sun here is just shite)

I’m 23 and I’ve been tired all the time since I’ve been 19. I think I have got chronic fatigue syndrome. I barely go out of the house and don’t find much pleasure in doing things anymore. It sucks. :(

I had a migraine on December 24, 2006 and it immediately left me with, what I can best describe as, chronic fatigue. I have no other symptoms other than I always have the feeling of sleepiness in my eyes 24/7. The fatigue hasn’t changed in 12 years. I saw 12 doctors over the course of 2 years following the migraine. The only thing found of all the tests that were performed (everything mentioned in the video) was that I was born with an atrial septal defect (undetected at birth). Had open heart surgery at age 28 to correct it. The fatigue hasn’t changed. I’m only writing this just to see if maybe anyone else has experienced this. I’ve never heard of anyone with chronic fatigue syndrome without the pain usually associated with it.
