If you're gonna make tutorials make sure you do it correctly yourself. All your objects have scale 100 in unity. You need to change that by exporting with the correct options in Blender (or by changing the model import settings in unity but obviously correctly exporting from Blender should be the priority). When exporting just a mesh you should use the !Experimental! Apply transform option. To get a 1:1 export. Plus when exporting select only the "Mesh" option in blue at the export settings.
