😮😮😮😮 you scared me to death!! It takes a good 6 months to completely heal from birth trauma!!! Heavy lifting will cause prolapse & bladder leakage. Speaking from experience. This is really old women's advice: find a good solid, supportive girdle & wear it!!! It will help support your muscles & give them a chance to heal. My mother in law told me this & it really does help!! I had 5 kids, always on the heavy side, & I lifted big weights in the gym & at work. I eventually prolapsed twice, had surgery to fix twice, prolapsed 3rd time. Walking & being kind to yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself & your family!! Best wishes!🥰🥰🥰

I learned today that tendons and ligaments are still lax from all the pre-birth hormonal changes until ~4 months postpartum 🤯 you’ll be back at it soon enough, you’re so much more active than I was postpartum and I know your daughter loves the snuggle walks 🥰

Took me a year and a half after my Csection to finally step in a gym again, the pain was just too much in the scar site and my baby needed me and i aint no richbish! I cant afford a nanny! Proud of you for putting your child first and letting yourself recover at a healthy pace.

Be careful mama, I simply started walking like you, and my stitches began crusting blood a bit and blood pooling under the skin, I immediately stopped, and from my personal exercise c section requires a lot of rest, my first was c section and second vaginal, I definitely overdid it with my first and my body wa aching and felt weak for more than a year, while second time I recovered around two months

I recently ran across your videos and I have a similar body type and I'm pregnant right now.. I was feeling down about what might come after delivery.. but im hoping to use your videos as inspiration to get back up again and bring my body back to a state I can feel great after this baby comes. Thank you for normalizing all shapes!! ❤❤❤

I recovered from my c section really quickly. Everyone was like “wow youre doing great!” Barely a week after and no one would have had any idea I just had a baby let alone a c section. And in hindsight I think it did more damage. I rarely allowed my self to just rest and be with my baby. I felt like since I was recovering so quickly I should be doing stuff around the house or getting work done. I wish I had just taken it easy and enjoyed my tiny little newborn…

GET IT MOMMA!!

definitely take it easy while you recover, take some mental health days, you just made a whole human being! You need to be both physically and mentally strong and healthy for your baby. ❤❤❤

After my c-section, my ab muscles were so sore as they healed. At first, I couldn't believe anyone could do such workouts after surgery. Whew! Glad you explained!!❤
