It is Tuchel’s job to have the squad and individual players ready. He picks the squad so that’s on him.
Repeatedly starting under performing players which keeps others from building confidence with a run of games. Players do not improve under Tuchel. Maybe he does not want to coach players but just wants to continue his plug and play approach. Many players being played out of position. That’s also on TT.
Not saying Tuchel out but his tactics and slow offensive play has to be questioned.

To me Tuchel was worthy for some more time. If management had some other plan before the season then they could have let him part ways. If Abrahamovic was still on top with that lady who was the head of the operations and Peter Czek being operating behind scenes.. things wouldn't have been this messy for him. This transfer market was a terrible saga for Mr. Tuchel in person. To be fair, old management sacked managers regular basis.. but infact they had given time for those to integrate their squad and in If still fails they would sack btw December to February period. Look at this squad..they have vibrant defense and a inform winger.. but their midfield is in terrible shape. To be fair the recruitinments in 2020 was such a worst transfers. Now being mason mount a misfire .. it's really evident. Anyways on other hand.. the new owners want to give a statement to players .. staffs and fans .. good luck to both .. I feel if tuchel returns back to Epl but not for chelsea.... he will try to trash the club team with all weapon in hands and he deserved a better sent off.

the Champions League and CWC were the nail in the coffin. A virgin goes to a night club with a burning passion to get laid - the second he does, there is a desire to experience it again but you never get back the same burning passion of a player who’s never experienced that high. Class is permanent but desire fades.

He doesn't understand that he is playing some players out of their natural positions.

I believe this is the downfall for chelsea after abvramovic departure . Lot of their crucial members also seek the exit door so chelsea wont be the same anymore
