She's just dieting for 2 weeks, probably won't lose more than 4lbs. I've been in a calorie deficit for 15 months straight and I'm down 69lbs (89 from heaviest). I'm 15 away from a healthy BMI and it doesn't feel real. I'll have lost over 100lbs then.

Lmao, this whole comment section is a wild ride. Patty's got a background in gymnastics, she's been working out for a good while and she's consistent. Yes, when women aren't afraid of lifting heavy, they can achieve bodies like Patty's. Sure, not with her god tier fat distribution/lack thereof, but it's possible. She's natty, at least for now.

Now, it's also her choice if she wants to cut or not. As long she doesn't show and promote super unhealthy eating, meals, provide calories that could be triggering, I don't see the issue. If viewers, especially with an ED history, feel triggered by her, then they can.... Click off! People gotta take responsibility for their own content consumption and what is helpful or not in their personal health journey. Patty doesn't promote EDs. She wants to achieve her body goals. Criticize people like Eugenia Cooney and such, but Patty is just living her life.

Influencers like Sam Sulek are much more damaging imo, especially to gen Z.

Her gaining muscle all the time and dieting all the time and no fat to beging with? I don’t know, genetics or not. And as you said, ED past. ED is hard to recover fully, it can come back if you constantly trigger it with your eating habits. But she seems nice person and makes good content.

The thing i love about patty is that she never tries to impress anyone. Shes just being herself. A lot of other influencers come off as so fake.

lol Greg you’re off base on the makeup thing… those of us who actually love makeup, do put it on when we’re home alone. I love playing with makeup looks at home and testing stuff out.. in fact I rarely wear makeup outside of my home.

I get the point but just in case guys were curious … lots of women do actually sit around and do their makeup of an evening randomly, especially girls who love makeup- it’s quite relaxing/ entertaining - a bit like colouring in etc ☺️

These people over-complicate exercise. Its a means to an end, its not supposed to be the focus of your day. Go til failure every time, work out your entire bodies muscles throughout a week, eat clean, get 8 hours of sleep. Find exercises that fit that criteria that are comfortable for you and that you can maintain long term. That's it! Who cares about sumo deadlift vs normal vs opposite grip? Its meaningless. Lift heavy shit, put it down, repeat. Do it at different angles. Eat clean. Get sleep. DONE. You do this to maintain your health, the foundation of all things you want in life starts with health. Use the energy and clear mind from being healthy to go out and DO. If you're not competing and its not being done for a living, all you need is 30 minutes a day along with clean eating. Anyone who tries to say its anything more than that is over-complicating it, scaring others into getting into it, and only doing it to keep the infinite content coming. These people are worthless practically. So shallow and vain.

I hope she doesn't get back into a calorie restrictive cycle. As an ED survivor, you can't restrict your calories. Eat what you should, I'd you want to cut, do it by walking more. Once you start cutting as a person with an ED, it's a very slippery slope. ED never actually goes away, we learn how to discipline ourselves into taking care of ourselves properly and manage symptoms.
