With these tips I was able to get my lean my body my thigh were never thin but after these tips my thigh were slim and my waist size was 23 in 2021 but in Feb 22 I lost my brother and my mother's health became worse so I was not able to do exercise still waist size 26 but this year again in Feb I lost my mamu and my jiju within 13days and cousin brother also became paralysed so I became sick after mental stress so then I got inches now I am back my health track with these tips please follow these tips.
