Guest networks can be done with the home router as well. We can change the speed for that guest networks and disable their intranet access as well.

I'd like to combine 2 asus routers from different product lines into a single mesh network. Whilst in other reviews people shown a working mesh network built upon RT routers and ZenWiFi, I've never seen a combination of ExpertWiFI and RT or ZenWiFi. Asus claims that all the product lines are compatible within their AiMesh network, but I think there might be a catch when connecting a business router to any other type.
It would be great to hear from Roberto if he tried that

Not a fan of Ax57, the wireless speeds come across like they’re being limited.

i liked and used the solution, though wireless meshing on asus is bad. Best solution is wired mesh. Price wise, i can't still understand the fact that you're getting the 2nd or the third ...etc as routers, but they are used as APs, therefore money thrown for nothing. Asus firmware does not have vlan support. Overal a much more expensive solution while there are mesh solutions that are actually cheaper and much more efficient and flexible. The only nice thing on asus hw is the coverage, which is really good. In terms of speed if people are not activating qos, things will be stable.
