FIRST LOOK: The Tucson is getting some big changes from Hyundai for 2025. On the outside you will discover a new grill, lighting, front fascia and wheels. On the inside there is a new 12.3in infotainmnet screen, new AC controls and center console. Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson N-Line a BETTER sport SUV than a Toyota RAV4 XSE?

Have had a Limited Hybrid since they first appeared and love it. But the new interior, HUD, wireless CarPlay, etc., will force me to buy this new one. And when I see people complaining about the piano black, and low turn signals in the rear, and other picayune complaints, they should look at the overall value of what Hyundai is bringing to the market with this car. Nobody mentions the great warranty, but parrot “ reliability “ nonsense.

No flat black around the wheels, love the wheels, the silver, and the interior. A naturally aspirated 2.5L engine would be better than the turbocharged engines in my opinion. Keep bringing us great coverage from the NY Auto Show thank you Joe and Lori for all you do!

This is an amazing update by Hyundai. The exterior, interior, engine and tech are dope. I do wish the turn signals were higher, though.

I do like the Hyundai Tucson N-Line I think this is the Apostle to the Crossover SUV's & I do like the fake vents & I think it gives it style as to a boring gray corner of the front facia & I also love the geometric fenders.

Does the 1.6 turbo engine have both port and direct injectors to prevent the intake valves from carbon buildup?

I have run one of these for the past two years. Excellent car apart from the rear collision system. There is no quick way to disable it. Prevents me reversing even when another car is letting me out or traffic is moving in other lanes. Slams the brakes on.

There is no doubt that Hyundai/Kia makes one of the most attractive mass -produced vehicles in the world. There is no doubt that Hyundai/Kia makes one the most unreliable products along one of the poorest dealer experiences in the world.

Great report Joe! I agree those rear indicators are a real Zonk, both for non LED & their position! Otherwise a nice looking vehicle with lots of room.

Hyundai needs to make n line mean performance like it does on their hatchback type r competitor. Across their entire line. And not just aesthetics

And I agree for the money the tosun is the best suv for the price. But I would avoid any hybrid etc models. Repair and maintenance costs long term aren't worth it for a meaningless range boost. And the cost upgrade even with environmental rebates isn't worth it. Better to buy a second car that's a BMW and splurge on that that on a sub that's meant to go from a to b
