one thing I always notice in some covers of "it has to be this way", is that almost no one can replicate that emotion that the original vocals give off, like, the covers are awesome, but the original song has a more emotional voice, which doesn't stay in a single tone, it gets lower/higher pitched, and that's what makes the original song, in my opinion, better than many covers.
