to be fair, in the books i think it's explained that to reject this offer would give the emperor the excuse he needs to erase house atreides, so it's a bit of a dead-if-you-do dead-if-you-don't situation. dunno if that's brought up in the film

So it's funny to hear this joke being made in this video.
