by 100% safe for human consumption, I'm assuming you mean tap water? Number one, ask the people in Flint, Michigan how that's working out for them. Number 2, I'd much rather drink water that hasn't been intentionally chemically contaminated (treated, I think they call it now) to make it "safe" after humans shat in it.
