Again, I listened to this one while doing Pilates. Again, it felt pointless and lame. And again, I reminded myself: do it anyways; things can get better. Listening to other peoples' struggles reminded me of my normality. Doing the Pilates did slightly lift my mood. Thanks for making the invisible visible and encouraging doing stuff like exercise and small duties (without hope of fruition).

Thank you for making these videos. You literally open my mind to different ways of approaching this situation rather than just hating the fact the nothing feels fun and if something does, once the fun it's over you can't remember having the good feeling you just had a few minutes or hours ago.
I'm commenting so that more people who need to hear your advice will be able to do so.

Excellent video as always! As our society continues to go down the path that it's currently on, these resources will become more and more valuable. Thank you!

Thank you. Great advice, and you're also a great orator. The examples that you use really get to the point.

Doctor. I have one question. It is better try the old activities that i used to like. Althougt currently what i like are new things? For exemplo. Before a used to draw. Today a really like just talk with friends. And there is another question. Should we pick up some activities, and focus on practice daily? as you said "frequency is better then intensity". Sorry for my english. Im from Brazil. God bless you

Please reply to my comment. I have schizophrenia and I just feel flat and have been for years. I enjoy eating smoking music shopping and going out. But I just feel like I’m missing that spark. I don’t have flat expressions but what I feel is flat. Is this anhedonia ?!?!?
