Learn how to make crispy egg recipe
Who doesn't like ooeey gooey runny egg yolk?
This is my latest favorite snacks, this crispy poached eggs fried in fragrant bread crumbs, it is so crispy on the outside and the yolk is still runny, it is just simply yum!
These crispy eggs are perfect to eat for brunch or as main course on top of mix salad and french fries on the side.
To make the best crispy eggs, you will also need to know how to make poached eggs. So here i'll show you the easiest and foolproof way to make.
How to make crispy fried eggs,
you'll need :
180 gr breadcrumbs
cilantro
2 lemongrass
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp salt
10 gr garlic powder
2 eggs
flour
