Wow, what a fantastic and comprehensive review of the iPad Pro series. My biggest element is I'm an artist and I like my tablet to be very portable. I also have an emphasis on the camera, for various reasons. I was worried the 12" would be too big and can't get to an apple store to hold it. I also have always used 9.7 quite effectively. This helped me a great deal. I am going with the 9.7 and the pen. Thank you for such a great review.

Thank you for this. We are looking at tablets for my own personal use and for educational uses with our grandchildren. My ipad "3" is now outdated, yet the 12.9 pro when first released seemed too big and more suited and marketed at unveiling to a professional environment. Seeing the smaller version in comparison seems to tell us where Apple is heading. Price point is also helpful when making our final choice. I admit to being a bit torn now, to for our grandchildren the smaller might be best for handling. I also appreciate you speaking to volume and sound quality. so few do. I need clarity and amazing rich sound on any major piece of tech I choose to use. I appreciate all your reviews.

I went with the iPad Pro 12.9 inch due to awesome movie watching, great web browsing, and gaming Netflix is awesome on the 12.9 inch also. I don't use a camera on my iPad so that wasn't a big deal for me but man I love the big iPad I can't go back after having it.
