A great way to see the difference between the refresh rate on both ipads is to pause the video on 5:48... you can see that on the new ipad pro there are more "shadows" behind the movement, thus making it look more fluid.

Everytime you say "Ohhhh my god, this is sooo smoooth" you sound really high. Especially because people watching this on (probably) 60Hz displays can not even see the difference between the old 60Hz and the new 120Hz refresh rate in this video. :)
