Breakfast is my biggest dilemma to prepare . Now that my precious granddaughter is about to turn 2 yrs, I'll cook this especially for her. I instantly love this recipe. My son and his wife are always rushing , to prep meals, pack lunch for work, snacks and milk for the little one, dropping their only child at daycare . I try to help when I'm visiting. I could make this the night before ready to go for the three of them in the morning.
