I spent many years looking for a minister or pastor or apologist to follow? But always found them to be less than perfect in many things...

Yes, all Israel will be saved. The problem is, who is Israel? It isn't what Dispensational eschatology tries to say. It can only be explained by interpreting Israel as those who accept Christ.
