I took 30 seconds rest...didnot have the energy to do pull ups...this work out is truly a killer...I completed the 12 minute jump rope plus bodyweight circuit and then this circuit ..man am sweating like anything...thanks again for these workouts❤❤..

The best part was I was jumping over 1 min breaking for 30 seconds and continuing. I finished it and I actually thought I had one more round waiting. Thank you guys for this awesome endurance test. Loved it. 🙏

I never did jump rope for my whole life!!! 33 yrs old man..I did many sports as teenager but never tried it I have a bicycle and i use it 3 times a week.. Few weeks a go i met some friends at the cafe and one of them invited me to join him to exercise and do rope jumping.. Next day I bought a jump rope to workout at home. 1st day spent 2hrs trying to understand it after 3 days I went on track. Replaced my fitness band with a rope jumping supported band.. Been like 17 days and 10 workouts, .. my last workout was like 2200 jumps at 45 mins. Which is great progress still learning but ur videos r a real inspiration and a detailed guide..I really appreciate ur efforts. Its a really interesting how our body moves in this workout... Thanks mate...😉

Nice video bro! I skip rope twice a week. One day I jump 8 rounds of 3 minutes and the other day I jump 6 rounds of 3 minutes, your videos are helping me a lot! Keep the good work👏

Why someone can dislike this type of video ? It is hard to jump rope for burning calories ? Life it is not simple especially when you can't stop eating junk foods and stay all day on the coach and watch tv shows .

I've never skipped longer than 1min at a time, happy to say I made it to about 2:40 each time
