To keep USD debt at managable non-disintigrating state of affairs :
1. Default on foreign debt (*already Russian debt)
2. Inflate away the value of currency (*fiscal policy)
3. New Tax on everybody
4. Export deficit to other countries, (*de-globalization)
5. Citizens produce more with same/lower imputs (9-9-6 work culture to raise GDP)

The best thing to do is find a section of your basement, then build a Sand Castle house that’s 3 feet in height, width,length and you’ll be good ?

3 feet of earth was based off the a 80s book if I am not mistaken. Russia, I believe came out and said they have more intense EMP weapons if this is correct does anybody know how many feet of earth you need today in time?

No one would have time to fill them up and properly place them around their shelter before the radiation came so sandbags are pretty much pointless for radiation protection unless you do it ahead of time which most people would not.

The airborne particles is a major concern. When it comes to the larger particles like alpha and beta emitting the hazard is in ingesting or breathing. Decontamination practices are very important before entering your dwelling. In a major fall out situation avoiding accidental consumption or inhalation of emitting particles would be very difficult. Let’s hope we never have to deal with this.
