Spain, Morocco and Portugal are the best for me : Culture, Food, Scenery, perfect weather and friendly people.

You forget to mention, Philippines other than the Filipino language, English is also its official language. Many foreign vloggers and expats always mention how easy it is to travel and live in the Philippines because majority of Filipinos understand and speak English.

It depends on what part of a country you move to. I moved to Southern Italy and live well on $1200.00 per month. However, if I wanted to live in northern Italy or a large city, I would need a lot more money.

What a rather strange list. Just think of the Language aspect of many of these countries and the extreme cultural differences as well. I can just imagine a whole lot of Aussies going to some of these countries and finding out that although Australia is very expensive, there are good reasons for this. BUT, it is time for people in the West to think about the world possibilities and go to the world rather than the world going to the more expensive Western Countries.

You did not include about personal safety like robbers or street gang, for me the worst is South Africa.

In Greece, it depends where you live. Homes in major cities like Athens or Thessaloniki cost more than $1, 500 a month.

Cheap ≠ Quality, living costs might be low, but what about healthcare, safety, and overall standards of living?

You need to also talk about the income requirements for retirement to these countries. For example, what good is thinking about reitiring to a low cost of living country that also requires you have a bank acount with $400, 000 or a monthly pension income of $4000?
