This is how you get thicker fuller abs, for lower abs i also suggest kneeups with a light dumbbell between your shoes to progressively overload

This can be a very tough movement to get right but once you get the feel for it it is an absolute GAME CHANGER for ab development

Actually tried this today, and it’s a night and day difference. I never moved my hips or ass, but just pulled it to the ground. Tried tucking the chest to the thighs, and I felt the difference on the first rep.

These are great, I usually pair these with some 70% squats no belt and those are basically most of the ab movements you need

True but there's no reason not to fully straighten the spine on the negative. Unless it feels bad for you it's always better to get a deep stretch in the muscle you're working.

Cable crunches for the upper abs and hanging knee lifts for the lower abs. That's all you need. I only calisthenics and ab roller when I can't get to the gym.

I personally do go a little higher than you go at the top of the movement. Based on my own experimenting, I feel a crazy stretch in my abs by going higher, further increasing its ROM.. to each their own tho
