So true on how it’s our brain’s strange way of protecting us. I sometimes lose sleep overthinking out of fears. Great advice on how to stop the incessant cycle! I will use it. Thank you Jeremy!!

I wish I found your podcast a year ago . Overthinking ruined my relationship . Constantly asking my gf for reassurance and thinking I ruined everything all the time and shutting down . She tried her best to help but she had her own mental health to deal with and all I was doing was making it worse for her .

I’m going to therapy now but I just wish I did all this before I met her .

Thank you for your great work in crafting and sharing these great episodes (podcast and YouTube and your blog), Jeremy! I found your podcast when I was looking for resources to help me with being burnout from work, anxiety and overthinking and the resources, tools and information you have provided have been extremely valuable. Often times a lot more useful than talking to a therapist (which is helpful) you help distill a lot of useful information in a very short time, which has made me re-think past actions and make better choices when it comes to my personal self-care and mental health. I have been an over thinker for as long as I recall! I found your podcast after realizing I am using the martyr, people pleaser. Everything I am hearing is pointing me toward getting professional help. I need to make time for this. Thanks for the guidance.
