my remote after presing those two buttons is in a constant loop and tv also in a blutooth search mode. only button which works now is power on and power off. each time a turn tv on it runs this bluetooth search and nothing works. remote does not connect, but emits red flash each half a sec. any clue ? a month ago it was fine and paring correctly but after this attempt to pair it again makes it in constant loop... any ideas apart from new remote?

I decided to reset my tv . When it reboot the controller was unpaired. I’ve tried this no luck :(

With the tv ON unplug the power cord from back of the tv for 30 seconds. Then plug it back in and press return button and ok button at the same time. (Ok/enter button is in the center of wheel button)

This is also a good tip when you wish to undo the weird spying notification that pops up saying how a “DEVICE NAME: xxx” is connected.
Just reset pair by doing what this video states to reset the pairing.

Does anyone have trouble typing into the search bar under different apps (hulu, netflix, disney, etc.). It skips over letters and is impossible 😢to search for anything? If so what did you do to fix it?

The remote works except the volume. Only the up works. The down doesn’t

*FIX FOR "NOT AVAILABLE" PROBLEM*

Hold the Select button and the back button for 10+ seconds. The remote should flash red consistently for a while, but this will reset the remote.
