Hello! I have an bn59 remote control that went out of battery. I tried to charge it for hours but it just does not respond to any command. I tried to press the back and play buttons simultaneously but it just doesnt give any life signal. Any reccomendations? Thanks

I pressed the 123 button and entered and then done in TV. Their after the Bluetooth connectivity of my Samsung smart remote is not working, I observed that, the smart remote is working, only if the remote is pointed to sensor of the TV that is located at the right bottom of the display. Even the mic button stopped working.
I did the same thing as you showed in this video, but the remote is pairing only if it place near or opposite to the TV sensor. But the Bluetooth connectivity is not at all working.

Kindly suggest me any technical support so that my Samsung smart TV remote control can work with Bluetooth connectivity along with mic or voice control button, free from point the remote towards TV sensor or with Infrared.

What actually fixed it for me was a combination of this and pressing a "secret" power button under the TV where the remote signal is received; on our TV in the middle.
