Do you want to know how to reset your Fire Stick TV remote? In this video, I show you how to reset your Fire Stick TV remote according to Amazon support. This step-by-step guide resets most Fire Stick TV remotes so give it a try and see if it fixes your remote not working.

To do this, unplug your TV and wait 60 seconds. Next, on your Fire Stick remote, press the left button, menu button, and back button at the same time and hold for 12-15 seconds. Next release the buttons and wait 5-10 seconds. Next, remove the batteries from your remote and replace them if needed. Next, plug your TV back in and wait until the screen says the TV remote can't be detected. This didn't pop up for me so I just put the batteries back into the remote and then pressed the home button. The remote LED indicator will blink blue if paired successfully. My remote blinked orange but after re-trying holding the home button for 10 seconds and re-pressing it multiple times, it re-paired to the TV.

It didn’t work for me the first time but that’s because I didn’t follow every detail of the instructions. You really can’t miss the step of holding the 3 buttons down at the same time. I followed the instructions step by step and IT WORKED AND NOW I AM SO HAPPY!! THANK YOU for this video ❤️

You know I was frustrated all morning trying to figure out how to make my remote work. I don’t know why it didn’t dawn on me to come to YouTube and put in how to fix my remote. I came across this video and I’m glad I did because I followed the instructions and it worked. now I’m able to watch my fire stick and my remote is working perfectly fine thank you so much for this video.
