Also, if this is still not working, try this:
Turn the TV on.
Then unplug power, press the power button on the TV, either underneath samsung logo in the middle of the TV, back left or back right of TV, push in little toggleswitch.
Plug power back in, attempt to see if remote is responsive. If not try Pause/Play and Return for 10 seconds.

mine only seems to work when it’s plugged into USB-C cable. I am unable to use the back and play button method when the remote is not plugged into the USB-C cable.

my remote was already paired with the TV, however I accidentally hit those two buttons "return and play/pause" together and tv is constantly in bluetooth search mode. The remote stopped being responsive apart from turn on and turn off tv, no other buttons work. TV was unplugged but still once on, keeps on searchin for some bluetooth devices. and it does only it, tv is unresponsive apart from this search and off and on.
Resetting remote doest work as its engagne in this blue tooth search but cannot pair again. any cluewhat to do apart from new remote?

Pressing the HOME button wont work, i’ve even tried to reset the whole tv or use a different remote, paring and unpairing… It seems that the TV might be the problem. I have the issue that the remote when plugged it flashes and i can leave it for hours and flashes, but when i disconnect it nothing works, not wven th return and play together, or the return and enter does it.
