Wow there was some really key information here thanks so much. Some of my clients have just had babies and I am guessing some will be having babies in the future so good to know and be able to pass this on. Thanks a million 👏👍

Do not focus on bread for iron, what horrible nutrition advice. Focus on heme iron rich foods like organic chicken livers and grass fed beef paired with vitamin c, not with dairy or calcium foods.
