I've been training for three months on TRX and cannot believe the difference in my body. Am a runner (10K) so was in fairly decent shape. But adding this has given me more strength and power as a runner, increased my pace to eight minutes a mile, and sculpted my body in a way I didn't think possible at 63. When I introduced TRX to my 24 year old daughter, she could hardly walk the next day, and was amazed that I wasn't at all sore. Am ready to start working on my own, as I know so many moves, and am happy to have these workouts to follow -- always good to hear the instructor remind about breathing, or keeping the back straight, etc. Excellent videos. Thanks!

This is an excellent workout for couples. My wife takes Stephanie's role doing the exercises and I take Mark's role telling her what to do. Works for me!

Ok, I just tried this workout, and all I can say is, Bethany is one STRONG lady!! Dang, I had to revise my feet positions to "cheat" on almost all these exercises. Awesome video!!

Tried it today in the gym and loved it. I used my iphone and bluetooh headphone for it which worked out well. The only challenging thing was that you put your "logo" or footer exactly at her feet. :) Hard to see on the phone what she is doing. Great stuff and if the logo position could change for future videos that would be awesome :D

I workout with these crazy people.  Trust me weightlifters, after 45 minutes of this, you don't want anymore.  (and I used to be a heavy weightlifter)
