You do not need much for a good workout.
If you’re training at home and have nothing but a TRX this is perfect. If the gyms busy and you just want to get in the zone, smash this out.
Details below👇
A1) push up 4x15, 60secs rest
A2) row 4x15, 60secs rest
B) Y fly 4x10-12, 60secs rest
C1) Tricep extension 4x15, 60secs rest
C2) Curls 4x15, 60secs rest
D) Ab rollout 3x6-8, 75secs rest
E1) Bulgarian split squat 4x10 per leg, 60secs rest
E2) Lying leg curl 4x10, 60secs rest
Let’s goooooooo 🔥
P.s. These supersets have rest between them and are not done back to back. These are antagonist supersets, which are often done with rest between them (though they are still supersets).
