According to what I studied in school they said margarine has double bonds so it's easier to break down in the body so instead of butter eat margarine. I dunno why I even went to school for freaking 12
years cause it seems like 70% stuff I learned in school was not true.

Butter is one of my FAVORITE spreads on virtually everything non-carb- it is, of course, excellent on those risky carbs as well!

I noticed that I sleep better when I go to sleep hungry. I also think taking 2 vitamin B1, nutritional yeast is helpful with sleeping better

I stopped eating that stuff like 15 yrs ago. I think it's actually cause i read the ingredients one day. Thank fully my mom raised me on butter, not sure why I even tried margarine 💀
