Today, we're going to talk about the most dangerous food you can eat and what makes it so dangerous.

Factors that make this the worst food in the world for your health:
1. It combines starch and fat under high heat
• This creates advanced glycation end products, which affect your eyes, brain, heart, and kidneys.

2. Hydrogenated oils
• This contains trans fats, which affect your cells, harden your arteries, and may increase your risk for cancer.

3. Acrylamide
• This is a neurotoxin that has been linked to Alzheimer's.

4. Sugar
• Sugar can lead to many different health problems. This food may contain sugar, beet sugar, dextrose, or maltodextrin. All of these types of sugars are very dangerous.

I can totally relate to this video!

I was born and raised Italy 🇮🇹 on fresh and REALLY healthy food (only oil we used was the best olive oil!), we had chickens and fresh eggs daily and never even heard (or needed!) of vitamins and supplements … my family made a point in buying everything fresh every day … the Mediterranean diet, they called it.
When I came to the US and I saw the food here, I cried 😢😢😢 - literally! …and I couldn’t possibly understand why people ate all this garbage.
It was harsh.
My mother is 88 now, she still keeps the same diet and has no physical problems whatsoever: healthy as a kid, no medications of any kind. Zero.

USA 🇺🇸 might be a free country… but the food is a disgrace 😱

The Summary:

1. Any food combined with starch + fat or carbs + protein in high heat. It creates Advanced Glycation End Product. Eg: doughnut or French fries.
2. Hydrogenated Oils/Trans Fats. Eg: corn oil, canola oil, etc.
3. Acrylamide. Any root vegetables in deep fry with high heat.
4. Sugar in any kinds. Eg: sugar beet, artificial sugar, etc.
5. Glyphosate. This is often poured to foods like oats, lentils, soy or beans, wheat, potatoes, corn, sugar beet, etc.
6. Seeds oil cooked in high heat: very inflammatory and creates trans fats. Eg: corn oil, canola oil, cotton seed, soy oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, etc.
7. Ketchup. It contains corn syrup + sugar + soy oil + corn starch. Eg: French fries + ketchup.

I used to work in a chemical factory in Missouri. We made agricultural products that farmers spray onto crops. One was glyphosate, which is the generic version of roundup. Everyone who worked there swore it was non toxic and harmless, and you did not even need to wear gloves when we were making this product. It did have "sugar" in it though which would make your hands sticky, therefore 'you may want to wear gloves' because of that. So I was the only one wearing any PPE, because I did not believe them. I found a different job after a few months and am glad I got out of there.

When I started keto last year, giving up fries/potatoes was the hardest part. I could go the rest of my life without eating candy or dessert, and I’ve gotten used to no bread or pasta. But I still crave potatoes every now and then haha. That being said, it’s been totally worth it. Down 90 pounds and actually keeping it off.

23 years ago, my fit and seemingly healthy 52 yr old brother had a heart attack. His doctor told him the worst food anyone could ever eat was french fries and told him it was a contributing factor to his heart attack. My brother, of course, spread the word to the rest of the family. I wish I could say I stopped eating french fries then and there but in reality, I didn't stop eating them until I started Keto 4 years ago.
I'd known for 19 years that french fries are the worst food to consume, but still it didn't sink in until Keto and I immediately noticed how much healthier I felt without potatoes, sugar and wheat. I should have listened to my brother who is off french fries and very healthy right now at 75.
