Like your vids been watching them for a while and man I will say you have done 10 trucks worth of work on that thing hope your next build you go full body off full motor and trans build powder coated frame and then build it up to the final paint job.... and video the whole process. I used to do it that way on all my builds back in the day I wish youtube was a thing in my day

Just got a 05 6.0 bulletproofed with egr delete

Don't get me wrong, these are definitely some neat mods, but *need* might be a stretch lol. For the average joe, need would be more like the bulletproofed EGR cooler and head studs, assuming the heads eventually lifted causing the gasket to go bye bye. Tailgates and straight pipes are more like bonuses lol.

Coolant flush and a coolant filter is a must, and update the stand pipe and dummy plugs. While your in there in the 05-07 a one piece stc fitting should be done

Just got me a 2004 power stroke 6.0 with 38k original miles. What do you recommend doing to it to have it running for a long time?

I been researching the 5 inch exhaust and it seems they don’t make one that goes all the way to the turbo. Please put a link where you purchase yours and how much it cost a muffler shop in texas told me they will do it for 800 but only from cat converter back.
