I share the truths you need to know about case study research. This is a particularly important type of research and if you're not doing it the right way, you could be damaging your chances of getting a valid data. I use a hospital emergency room as an example throughout of how to apply a single case study or multiple case study. I explain how to align research questions and interview questions to an explanatory case study, a descriptive case study, and exploratory case study.

I'm going to be covering topics like case study overview, what case study research is and isn't, the importance of case study selection, and more.
