Honestly, this relates to any major or career. You have to do more of what you love outside work and school. Or at least satisfy your curiosity and interests that doesn’t involve work or school.

As a medical student (like after completing high school) I do not want that mindset

Well, you can reduce your study time by using helpful tools like Monic AI to accelerate your progress. This way, you can have extra time to spend on yourself and with your loved ones!

2nd year med student and I can def say there are plenty of ppl like that in our school. I think it's super important to have a balanced life thru making it a habit to have at least some time for yourself to do things you enjoy either every day or every week!

Obv also rlly make sure you wanna do medicine before starting med school LOL, I feel like theres a bunch of ppl that are here and do nothing but complain and i'm like... you tried rlly hard to get here tho LMAO

I often study in collage, and then my mind is like "what's the f0kin' point? I don't even like it too much, and then after all this effort I'm gonna be dead'.
I try to bring my mind back to the right path by saying, that it's necesary for my survival, and so on.
