PS5 120FPS Game List & How to Enable 120Hz for 1080p/4K Monitors

PS5 user Guide that shows which 2021 games support 120 FPS and also explains how to enable 120Hz for 1080p and 4K screen resolution displays with an example on my LG UltraGear Full HD display.

Which settings on the PlayStation 5 do you need to change from 60 Hz to 120 Hz on your compatible 120HZ monitor or disable (force) 60HZ instead.

I explain with examples from Rocket League and Fortnite, as both games support 120FPS mode on120 Hz displays on the PS5 console. Fortnite requires to go to a menu to enable the 120FPS mode, Rocket League does it by default automatically.

Keep in mind that different 120FPS PS5 games might have different setting changes requirements.

Dead by daylight, cyber punk, gran turismo and bloodborne are not in the list, so how many fps will runs in 1080p 120fps🤷🏾‍♂️

My tv can do 4k/120. The ps5 is set as required for 120. When I open rocket league, and F1 2021, they both knock the resolution down to regular hd instead of 4k for 120hz. If I leave it as 60hz they both stay 4k, but then there is way to much input lag, especially for rocket league. I can't figure out how to make it stay at 4k. Any idea?
