In this video we review and give our opinions on the movie Dune Part Two (2024) directed by
Denis Villeneuve and starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Javier Bardem and Rebecca Ferguson.

In this sci-fi sequel, Paul Atreides unites with Chani and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. His mother, Lady Jessica, becomes the Reverend Mother in the south and the Emperor plots to destroy all his enemies and consolidate his power.

This movie was a great experience to see on the big screen. The theatre was also packed out and there was a definite vibe of excitemnet and anticipation throughout. A truly communal experience which only happens once in a while at the cinema. Did you see Dune Part 2 in the theatre? Was your experience akin to ours? Aw man, this must have been amazing in IMAX. It's 100% built for that format. I think I enjoyed this one more than the first and it certainly left me wanting more. I agree about the CGI being a perfect mix and seamless with the real world imagery. Much like George Lucas. they went for the used universe feel and it grounds everything beautifully. Awesome discussion fellas! 😃👍

I don't know how I missed out commenting on this one, but I've been missing you guys on my feed! Great commentary as always. 👏👏👏

This was definitely worth the wait, but I loved how it managed to build upon everything that made the first film and also helped me appreciate the first film even more than I already did.

I don't know how long it'll be before it comes, but I can only imagine how Dune: Messiah is going to raise the standard from here.
