YouTube can recommend me 100s of videos when it comes to fitness but your content is so distinguishable that even if its in the bottom i would still prefer to watch it because of the fact that you cover topics that no one else does.

I like the fact that you get straight to the point with no long drawn out intros about research etc. This bite size stuff is what we want because we don’t have time to learn about what research says about different exercises and their pros and cons and quite frankly don’t care. Bravo to you Sir.

Love how concise this is....dont always need 20 mins videos for just one exercise

No one gives more valuable information in less time than this man right here. Thank you. No fluff. Straight to the point.

A key part of the technique is sternly staring at the dumbbells in the rack indicating clearly that they're gonna be next.

I think your blog post for 23 standards to maintain might be the most influential piece of fitness content I have ever come across. I genuinely believe that it will be revered as a holy-like text for attaining a peak HEALTHY physical body. I cannot thank you enough for sharing it, you are the man Ben!

How come you are delisting some of your old videos? I was watching one I saved and it's gold, just wondering the decision behind this and whether I should watch your recent videos instead

I love that you are still sharing most of your stuff for free without excessively marketing your products, that is extremely rare these days. I'll take a sub again soon just to support the cause ❤

Thanks for this! would it be beneficial to have your feet elevated (on yoga blocks or something) to get a bigger stretch and also more clearance for Dumbells/kettlebells?

Hi Ben. Are you focused here on working the lower back or are you focused on driving with glutes and legs? Thanks for your time.

Recently started these, and was a bit uncertain on foot positioning... thought maybe I shouldn't be feeling a hip adductor stretch. Good to know it's OK, as moving my feet further out helps me get a better ROM.

Another amazing video Ben! I’ve been a member on your app for about 10 months, have gotten numerous friends on it too. I heard you discuss on your Rogan episode you trained some PGA/Long drive guys…are you thinking of adding golf into the “sports tab” one day? If not, anything you can recommend?

This is good. I never thought of doing a seated "Goodmorning". I've given up doing standing ones because I have a damaged and unstable knee. Thanks.

My arms are so long that the dumbbells hit the floor well before I get any meaningful stretch. Any tips?

Love your work! Thank you! My mom 60yo had torn her meniscus any system you could recommend for recovery? Possibly avoiding surgery?

I love ATG methods, and do all of these with the weight on my head…medicine balls on the crown of the head roll to the back of the head during flexion…I call this style Jing Palace, as it focuses on the head, which is known as the ‘palace of the jing’, meaning the whole physical body is reflected in the head. When I center movements on the loaded head, stabilized cervical spine, fully engaged core…there are so many benefits.

This exercise felt impossible to me a few months ago but just with 3-4 months of consistent work on most of the other stuff you recommend like the atg split-squat, couch stretch etc, I randomly went back to this a few weeks ago and saw CRAZY progress, had to even use weights. Thanks as always man, you change people's lives!

2 questions regarding your standards —

1. When you say "25% BW for 12 reps" (or whatever), does that mean just 1 set? Or multiple?
2. Is everything you do at this point just for maintenance? Or are you ever still trying to increase strength, ROM, endurance, anything else?
