Get An Allowance? Pay Child Support

Tyler Kennedy is bringing his ex to court to get some help in regards to child support. Jennifer Kennedy is with a new partner and lives off of an allowance provided by said partner. Will the partner's income be considered hers, as well or is her allowance the only form of income to consider?

The judge should not have assumed the, $500 allowance is taxed, since it is a gift from husband to wife on his earnings thatv have already been taxed. This would then have made her liability more as she is getting the full $500 every week.
